This method is simple and quick and the extracted DNA quality is high, which could meet the requirement for the detection of DNA methylation. Meanwhile, the extraction kit based on the magnetic bead could be compatible with automatic nucleic acid extraction, meeting the high-throughput nucleic acid extraction tasks.
